Open sessions you can join
Where the other executives present are not your colleagues.
You bring one outcome you own and work it: read what agents are already doing to it, take a position on how far to go this year, and leave with a watch you can run on Monday. You will not finish. Three of the six questions are still ahead of you when you walk out, and you'll know exactly which three, which is more than most people know when they leave a workshop.
